1. Custom Products Policy
Because our phone cases are custom-made with your unique designs, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or user errors (e.g., selecting the wrong phone model or uploading low-resolution images).
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Refund Process
In rare cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
