By accessing and using Pure Prime, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Custom Products

Pure Prime provides custom-printed phone cases based on user-uploaded images. You represent that you own the rights to any images you upload or have permission to use them. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive or copyright-infringing content.

3. Ordering and Payment

Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. We currently support secure credit card payments via Stripe and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select regions. All sales are final once production begins due to the custom nature of our products.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide. Pure Prime is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pure Prime is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
